Rahul Deodhar

Rahul Deodhar is a Partner in the Firm's General Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital practice and operates out of the firm’s Mumbai office. He has over 13 years of experience. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, general corporate and commercial transactions. Rahul has been advising large domestic companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, venture capital funds, start-ups and early stage emerging companies.

Rahul works closely with his clients, who value his proactiveness, experience, problem-solving abilities, and his ability to understand the complexities involved in a transaction.

Before joining the Firm, Rahul was a Partner with J. Sagar Associates (JSA), and he has previously worked with Desai & Diwanji and KPMG. He completed his LL.B. in 2011 and he is also a qualified Company Secretary (CS).
