  • Quaker Chemical Corporation, on acquisition of a 45% stake in its Indian joint venture, from its exiting joint venture partner Asianol Lubricants.
  • Alfanar Group, a company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a turnover of US $ 2.5 billion, on a Euros 120 million acquisition of entire B2B automation business from India's Crompton Greaves Limited on a global basis.
  • HNA Group, a Chinese conglomerate and a Fortune 500 Company, engaged among others, in the hospitality and aviation business, on acquisition of Carlson/Rezidor hotels.
