Debarshi, is a partner based in Delhi office of the firm and focusses on litigation, arbitration and contentious advisory work. He specialises in complex high-value disputes, and undertakes a range of contentious work on behalf of domestic and foreign corporations. He acts for a range of project owners, institutional investors, project sponsors, developers, occupiers, contractors and sub-contractors, financiers, consultants and suppliers on both contentious and non-contentious projects. He is skilled in assisting clients with meeting the local requirements of multi-jurisdictional transactions while also focusing on the broader commercial objectives. Debarshi also advises and represents a diverse clientele including government owned and private insurance companies; large media houses; engineering & construction firms; companies operating in energy, oil and gas & shipping sector; banks and financial institutions and public sector undertakings.

Debarshi advises directors and officers in relation to civil and criminal liability exposure arising in course of fulfilling their corporate responsibilities.
