Akshay is an Associate Partner with the New Delhi office of Phoenix Legal and is part of the firm's corporate practice. He focuses on general corporate and regulatory matters, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts. Akshay advises clients on a host of matters ranging from routine compliance issues to contentious and pre-dispute situations. He regularly advises in the areas of real estate, labour & employment, insolvency & restructuring, gaming/gambling, insurance and data protection.
